I designed this program to suit all fitness levels! 4 weeks of science based workouts to whip you in shape, with NO EQUIPMENT needed. And can be done in the comfort of your own home! For those of you who are a little more advanced, don't worry! You have the option to weight these exersices with dumbbells and resistance bands.
